Child Nutrition

The Perry County School District’s Department of Child Nutrition is dedicated to providing nutritious, balanced, and appealing meals to support the health and academic success of all students. The department manages meal services across the district, ensuring compliance with state and federal nutrition guidelines while promoting healthy eating habits in a safe and welcoming environment.

*You MUST fill out a new lunch form each year for meal benefits. If you do not complete a form, your child will automatically pay full price for meals.

To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
